Deleting your data

You can delete your Bizlio data at any time. Here's how.

Delete your whole account

1. Sign in and go to Settings > Account & privacy (also linked in the footer).
2. Under "Delete my account", type DELETE and confirm.

Your account and everything in it are deleted immediately: calendars, connected Instagram, WhatsApp and ad accounts with their access tokens, customer messages, websites, community threads and stored images. Remaining copies in short-term backups expire within 30 days.

Remove only your Instagram connection

• In Bizlio: go to Accounts and remove the Instagram account. Its access token is deleted straight away.
• Or in Instagram: Settings > Website permissions > Apps and websites, then remove Bizlio. Instagram notifies us and we delete the connection automatically.

Posts already published to Instagram stay on Instagram. Delete them in the Instagram app if you want them gone.

Ask us to delete your data

Email privacy@bizlio.in from the address on your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm and complete it within 30 days.

If you're a customer of a business that uses Bizlio

Messages you sent to a business's WhatsApp number belong to that business. Ask the business to delete them, or contact us and we will pass your request on.
