Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Bizlio, a sole proprietorship owned by Gaurav Srivastava and registered as an MSME in India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-UP-28-0244415), based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India ("we", "us"), for your use of the Bizlio website and app. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Bizlio for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.

The service

Bizlio helps you plan and create social media content, publish to Instagram, reply to customer messages, build a simple website, create Meta ad campaigns, track reviews and find community questions to answer. Bizlio is in early access: features may change, and some may be limited or temporarily unavailable.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate details.
• Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us straight away at support@bizlio.in if you think your account has been misused.

Connected platforms

When you connect Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook or other platforms, you authorise Bizlio to act on your behalf only for the features you use: publishing posts you schedule, sending replies you approve, and creating ad campaigns you request. You must also follow those platforms' own terms and policies, including Meta's Platform Terms and WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies. We are not responsible for a platform's own changes, outages or decisions about your accounts.

Your content and AI output

• You own the content you create in Bizlio and the content generated for you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.
• AI-generated text and images can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review everything before you publish or send it. You are responsible for what is published, sent or advertised from your accounts, including claims about your products, prices and policies.
• Do not use Bizlio to infringe others' rights or to mislead customers.

Advertising

Ad campaigns are always created paused. Nothing is spent until you activate a campaign yourself in Meta Ads Manager. All ad spend is billed to you directly by Meta and is your responsibility.

Acceptable use

You must not use Bizlio to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or break messaging rules.
• Post unlawful, harmful, hateful, deceptive or infringing content.
• Break the rules of Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Reddit, Quora or any other platform.
• Try to access other users' data, overload the service, or reverse-engineer it.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Plans and payment

The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are not yet available for purchase. When they are, prices, billing and cancellation terms will be shown before you pay, and you will not be charged without agreeing to them.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.

Disclaimers

Bizlio is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular results such as followers, sales or engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you have not paid us.

Ending your use

You can stop using Bizlio and delete your account at any time from Settings > Account & privacy. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the service; where possible we will give you notice so you can export your content.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell you in advance by email or in the app. Continuing to use Bizlio after a change means you accept it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Please contact us first at support@bizlio.in so we can try to resolve any issue.
